To achieve the best quality and save your time, it is good for you to spend a bit time to understand our workflow:
Briefing
Clients should provide accurate service items, quantities and requirement of the project. After quote confirmed, we would like to brief with our client to discuss in depth and collect necessary information as well. Especially for 3D rendering, providing plan elevation and section in CAD format will definitely enhance the workflow and save time. Please feel free to provide any information as detail as possible, a fine and accurate briefing will bring you a smooth workflow and a perfect end products.
Productions
After the brief, Bulbsfactory will go through the production process under the time committed with client. During the production time, we will have 3 stages to get approve.
- Wire frame/ Sketch Design. Under this stage, client can comment and approve the space and the structure of the projects, client should make sure the scale and proportion fit the project.
- Small output. Diring this stage we will keep on provide some low resolution image for client to approve. Each time of submitting client should check and comment as detail as possible to confirm the final drawing
- Print Output/Post editing. This is the final stage of production, we will use the final approved version image of stage 2 to render the final images and give necessary post editing. We can provide a maximum 12 mega pixels image for any kind of media usage.
Review and backup.
Under the copyrighting circumstances, we won’t provide any source file unless other specified, however, the project history and files will kept and prepared for your further needs for the related projects.
